Manpreet leads investments and fund strategy at 2330vc. He brings over 12 years of experience across early-stage investing, strategy, and management consulting, with a track record of backing founders before they had product-market fit.

Previously, Manpreet was Head of Investments at Dynamis Ventures, where he sourced and led investments across consumer tech, fintech, and SaaS. Before that, he served as Head of Strategy at Ziploan, India's leading MSME lending platform, where he shaped the company's product and growth strategy. He has also worked at Monitor Deloitte and Motorola Solutions earlier in his career.

Pratiksha brings 15+ years of experience building products at scale across fintech, travel, and developer infrastructure. As a serial entrepreneur and operator, she evaluates investments through a first-principles product lens, asking whether the technology creates genuine defensibility or is just a UX wrapper.

She was Co-Founder and CPO at INDmoney, India's leading wealth management super-app, and was part of the founding teams at Goibibo and 100ms. She is an advisor to Good Capital and brings deep expertise in AI-native product development, platform architecture, and building teams from zero to one.

Abhijay focuses on deal sourcing, investment evaluation, and portfolio support at 2330vc. He brings 8+ years of experience across early-stage investing, investment banking, and strategy consulting, with a rigorous, hypothesis-driven approach to underwriting.

He has previously worked with Dynamis Ventures, Zephyr Peacock India, and Synergy Capital Partners on investments across fintech, consumer tech, and enterprise software. Prior to investing, Abhijay worked at J.P. Morgan in investment banking and at BCG in strategy consulting. He holds a degree from Singapore Management University.
